Acne "rashes"

I have acne all over my back and chest. Thanks to Joe de Livera and his suggestion to take Arnica 30c, my face has gotten a ton better, and my back and chest has shown some improvement as well. But, in my haste to rid myself of acne on my shoulders, I scrubed and medicated them until they were rubbed raw, which was a very bad thing to do. I now have what resembles a severe rash on my shoulders. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting rid of the rashes?
Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Do you think it's an allergic reaction to the medication you rubbed on your shoulders?

What was the name of the medication? What kind of medication was it?

What is the condition of your hair??
Do you have breathing problems?
Hunger and sleep pattern??
digestive system...constipation?
Piles?
Bathing...like a lot??

Reply, will help.

Hi Elaine,

Welcome back.

I hope that you can spend some time on the ABC in future.

Kind Regards

To Snoopy,
No, I don't think it's an allergic reaction, I think it was just to much washing, and the medication was to harsh on it. It was an antibiotic solution and a vitamin d cream. I have stopped doing any of that any more to it though. Thanks for the suggestion.

To Pankaj Varma,
My hair is actually in pretty good condtion right now. I'm taking arnica for my acne and I seem to be responding positively to that, thanks to Joe De Livera. I do not have breathing problems. Although I'm 'under weight' I eat a good amount of food. My digestive system is good. I do have occasional sleep onset insomnia. The beginning of this week I had two nights of falling asleep at 2:00 in the morning, but thankfully that passed. I usually go to bed around 10:00-10:30. No piles. I'm bathing every other day, but for a while, on the nights I hadn't taken a shower, I would get in the shower and wash my back, chest, and shoulders. (Where my acne is) But not my hair.

To Joe De Livera,
I will definitely do as you suggested and lay off my acne. (as I said in my other post) I'm not sure I understand your post here, but then again, I don't think it was meant for me to understand it.

Thanks all!
P.S. My mom's worrying I'm getting OCD over my acne. So, I'm going to try to lay off it for a while for that reason too.

Just thought I'd mention that.

Good girl. I believe that you have got the message now.

I would like you to lay off all soap and use only Johnsons Baby shampoo on your hair and on your body. This shampoo is very mild as it does not contain any alkali which can also trigger acne.
