from regular mens to fertility to pregnancy: HELP

My wife is 28 years old. She mens very irregularly! Doctor suggests to take duphaston every month (11 days from the 15th day after her first day of mens) for 6 months. 6 months she stop taking duphaston an dcheck if she will have mens the following month. However, she never had any mens. So she consulted her ob-gyne. Then another set of duphaston (for 6 months again). And took also clomid in order to enlarge the follicles (for ovulation). However, TVS shows follicles size is only 14mm after 2 cycles of clomid.
I am searching for a medicine for her to have regular mens and for her to be fertile in order to ovulate and get pregnant.
Please HELP us.
Thank you to anyone who could reach hand for us!

we need to have a detailed information on her menstrual cycles. please give a descriptive answer to all these question;

1. Periods early or late or varying.

2. Flow profuse or scanty.

3. Flow thin or thick.

4. Flow colour dark or normal.

5. Any pain or discomfort before, during or after the periods. describe all the physical sufferings associated with it.

6. Mental symptoms before, during and after the periods.

7. Describe the general nature of the patient, likes hot or cold climate, her likes & dislikes, cravings and aversions.

8. Any strange behaviour mental or physical.

If all the symptoms are provided, we can probably recommend the right remedy.

1. Periods early or late or varying. (Since she is taking duphaston every month now, she is having a 28 day cycle. She has mens every month if she take duphaston every month. If no duphaston, no mens.

2. Flow profuse or scanty. (Flow is normal)

3. Flow thin or thick. (Thin)

4. Flow colour dark or normal. (Colour dark)

5. Any pain or discomfort before, during or after the periods. describe all the physical sufferings associated with it. (Before having mens, her breast feels discomfort, her back feels discomfort also since she is retroverted (uterus). No other discomforts.)

6. Mental symptoms before, during and after the periods. (SOmetimes she is having headache if she has mens, but she can control her feelings/anger.)

7. Describe the general nature of the patient, likes hot or cold climate, her likes & dislikes, cravings and aversions. (Sometimes she cried to me because she wanna get pregnant and to have baby. We are about 2 years trying to have baby but until this time he cannot produce... She felt always thirsty. She urinates oftenly too. At night she always go to toilet to urinate (less volume) and then drink a glass of water beacause she felt thirst. )

8. Any strange behaviour mental or physical. (There is no strange behavior mentally or physically) However, sometimes she felt dissappointed because if she tries to have a pregnancy test, the result is always negative.

That's all I can share.
Thank you... I Hope you can help us.

1.Which climate do you think is best for your overall health ? Summer or Winter
Winter: But in our country, Philippines, we do not have winter. It is best for rainy days, where climate is good.
2 Do you get sick during any climatic changes or any place changes?
If there's any climatic change, i get cough and colds. Change in place- does not affect.
3 What best describes your temperament eg. Mild, Hot tempered, Moody etc.

12 Does mental exertion aggravate your symptoms?
Maybe NO...

pare,

this remedy will be useful as i believe your wife is suffering from pseudo amenorrhoea. if the ovulation is regular but the periods are suppressed due to any external or internal reasons, the following combination of remedies will bring about the flow at the right time and also improve the constitution gradually for having regular periods.

REMEDY:

1. GOSSIPIUM HERBACEUM ( MOTHER TINCTURE)

take it 5-10 drops in half a cup of water three times a day for 2 to 3 days and start it 2 days before the expected start day of the periods.

this will bring about the menses in the next 2 to 3 days.

2. for overall long term improvement of the system your wife has to take NATRUM MUR 30C, two doses a day for some 10 days and check her symptoms.

this problem may not get solved soon and i suggest, she has to show patience. GOSSIPIUM can be used to bring about the flow at the right time but NATRUM MUR will improve her system gradually and so she wont have to take any medicine every month to bring in the flow.

come back after the completion of her next menses.

best of luck.

Thank you.
I don't think my wife is ovulating! She has TVS and her follicles are not maturely develop! (about 12mm after taking clomid that time) Before she took duphaston and clomid, she has folicles of about 0.2cm only. So they were very small.
At least when she's on clomid there is improvement.
