Geographical Tounge=weather vane for illnesses

I have been suffering from geographical tounge for the last 14 months. It all started in the 7th month of my most recent pregnancy and has continued till now. Also since that 7th month of pregnancy I have been quite burdened with sinus infections/allergies. I have had about 15 outbreaks of sinus infections, 2 colds and a case of either the flu or food poisioning. I had none of these troubles with my first pregnancy, which was over 12 years ago.

I am still nursing my 7 month old son.

Taking antibiotics will generally give me a super-infection of some kind, most commonly a yeast infection that is so bad, I need to be hospitalized.

My tounge burns and will bleed occasionally. Of course the Dr says there's nothing to worry about, it'll go away.

I take a pre-natal vitamin 1/d, 1500mg of Fenugreek 3x daily and Domperidome 10mg 4x daily (I have milk supply issues).

Oh I should mention that my oldest son has the same condition but his doesn't crack and bleed, nor does he complain that it is uncomfortable. His began after he grew out of his asthma, at about 6 years old (he's now 12 1/2). I believe that it all has to do with your immune system. He is never sick though, ever. But his appitite has always been very poor and his eating habits leave much to be desired. He is terribly thin and weak, yet he refuses to eat more than a handful of food in the run of a day. He has always been this way.

Is there anything I can do for this tounge of mine? It is most difficult to eat and the swelling of my tounge that accompanies makes it hard to talk and breathe at night.

Thanks for your time.
