Should you have salt

I am not supposed to have spicey foods. Would salt and pepper, those kind of seasonings be considered spicey foods, or like hot chili powder seasoning, hot sauce, jalopeno peppers, those kind of food is what spicey foods is? Thanks for any help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
much depend on remedy--if talking about nux-v --litely salted food no problem---heavy use NO...as all spices condiments are to be avoided....if remedy phos-then no salt at all best..as wellas avoid food with sodium in other forms...alspo with phos -no spices...

so basically--all herbs/spices/condiments/flavouings/aditives and sometime preservatives ..need be avoided---of course depending on state of current health/past health/remedy prescribed/sensitivites..etc

i shot wide..but if need me center --just reask in another question..ok?
