proving arnica 1m

Thank you for your response. A homeopath said to use it like that when i needed it in the beginning. I continued to use it because it was helpful when I felt bad. Is that homeopathic camphora? I tried breathing in camphor and it didn't work. what should i do about the itching? Will the wet arnica 30 help with that? Regards.
