This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Antimonium crud is the specific remedy.

Thanks sajjad, ant.card. 30 potency will be ok?

Yes that would be OK. In that case Arsenum must be stopped.

As suggested by Mr. Sajjad I have been taking antimonium crud 30 twice a day since past 15 days, there is improvement in my condition. Should I continue with same dose or go for higher dose or increase the number of doses. My urination has increased though it is summer. But I had little swelling in my right ankel and that has gone now. Please guide.

As per my personal experience, Silecia 6x/12x (Biochemic) is also a very good remedy for corns.

I read your thread and noticed that you had asked me for some advice.

I have had some practical experience in treating corns in my wife's soles for the last 30 years and feel that I can give advice at first hand.

I have given her Antim Crud 6 and 30c with Calc Fluor 6x but these remedies did not have the slightest effect on the corns which seemed to give increasingly more discomfort.

I then resorted to scraping the corns with a special scraper which used a small blade and this provided immediate relief. I noticed that the skin could be softened first with Dr Scholl's softner which is used for softening the skin on the underside of the foot and this enabled the corns to be scraped below the level of the skin on the sole. This provided relief for about 2 months and this process is continued for some years by a person whom I trained to keep the corns from growing inwards thereby causing pain.

I also discovered that the corns are usually conical in shape and that it is the pointed cone that causes the pain. The skin softning solution helps to soften the corns and this cone can sometimes be teased out of the sole by using a tweezer which has to be judiciously applied around the corn to tease it out. This requires some patience and can be done by someone who knows how to carry out this procedure to ensure that the corns are gradually expelled from the sole.

In the case of my wife's corns the cure has lasted for the past 10 years and she can be considered cured.

I have instructed her not to wear high heels and she now wears shoes with a small heel which have some soft padding which cushions the soles of her feet.

I would advice you to get the scraper which I believe is also marketed under the Dr Scholl brand and to persuade a family member to use it carefully after softening the skin under the soles with the lotion which is available in sachets.

If as you state you have experienced some relief with the Antim Crud you may continue the therapy and also use the method that I described above to extract the hard cone.

Take Antim Crud 200..one dose every day for a week.

If you notice aggravation...stop...and post feed back.

It will also improve your digestion and clear flatulence (if you have it).

A colleague's daughter whose
feet were full of corns that a surgery was suggested by the doctor. She was completely cured by Silicea 200 1dose and two doses of Antim Crudum 30 daily .
For you a week would be enough for removal of corn.
Afterwards , a weekly dose of Sulphur 30C removes the tendency to corns.

If any of are diabetic ...don't mess about with your own feet.Go and see someone who treats feet and knows what they are doing.
Digging out your own corns could give you more problems.
