Aconite is still a homisidal poison. Do you how it kills?

In a car, all cylinders must fire in a rythm and also all valves must work in a rythm. It this does not happens, engine kills itself.

Heart is also an engine. Aconite poisoning breakes its rythm and heart damages itself and fails.
