would you have any ideas on this problem. many years ago i use to played a lot of basketball, always twisting my ankle. causing me to alter my walk. now many years later when i place my foot flat on the floor to walk i favor the big toe, now it is stiff no flexabilty, if i bend it it hurts. when i run it doesent. it seems to fell better when when i force it. bend it. any ideas.
