desperate call for help----sos

i have a habit of chewing tobacco. now i cannot open my mouth beyond 2cm.i cannot tolerate even the slightest chily or spicy flavour,it burns like hell when put in mouth.my cheeks have become thick and fibrous. my life has become miserable. some boby please help.they call this disease oral sub-mucous fibrosis.
please please help me.

Question are:
what strengths does a community have from the point of view of the members?

what practices and 'community policies' would the members dislike and what do they like?

under what conditions do members experience more comfort in talking with each other and when, if at all, do they develop friendships?

how are opinions on a certain topic in the commmunity formed?

does trust emerge, if yes then how?
