Diabetic Neuropathy

My mother is a diabetic patient and her renal parameters are elevated as well her heart is also not functioning properly . She already lost her vision because of diabetic retinopathy.

Her sugar as per last checkup was 170,
Urea= 85
,
Creatinine= 2.8
Potassium = 6.1
,
Haemoglobin = 10.8.

She not suffers severe pain in her left foot which sweels and becomes too hard . This problem doctors tell is because of Diabetes only and doctor dont advice any pain killers cause it could effect his renal functions.

She is cuurently undergoing allopathic treatement but the leg problem is know way getting cured .

I saw a homeopathic doctor and he gave some medicines names of whom he did not disclose and also an ointement Rhus - TOX.

Could you all suggest some better medicine for the same.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have used following procedure to the great benefit of several similar patient.

Nux Vomica 6C (or lowest available potency) two doses a day for a week. If you can obtain Nux Vomica Q that would also do, just one drop in a glass of water twice a day (extremely bitter)

After a week,
Two doses of Nux vomica 30 and Antimony Crudum 30 at alternate days (one day one medicine other day other)
