Asthama and atopic dermititis

My son Aryan used to cough a lot when he wqas 5-6 months. He is now almost 5 year old. When he was 1 year old it was diagnosed as peadiatric asthama. We used to give him inhalers. 2 years back his attacks were very frequent so he was on steroid inhalers as prevention. He was on it more than 1 1/2 years. He started having some kind og eczema on his left upper eyelid about 7 months back. This has spread now to both eyes on upper and lower eyelids, the place where ear join the head, elbows. We started on homeopathy 3 months back for both his asthama and atopic dermititis (or eczema) . He has been prescribed pulsatilla 30ch, euphrasia, rumex. All this he has regularly and if he gets an attack we are asked to increase the frequency to 2-3 hourly. Besides this some powders were also given for his eczema 4 day doses. But they have not helped at all. his wheezing is better. So asthama is better but eema is spreading and is ver red a nd inflamed. So we took him to a dermatologist again 3 days back and he is on an antibiotic course. His swelling and redness is reduced ( before his eyes used to be so swollen that in the morningthey used to be almost shut. We have also topically applied 2-3 courses of 10 days of steroid and antibiotic combination which gives only temporary slight relief.

I wouold be very grateful if you could guide and help us.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What we have is a problem probably originating in the early vaccination of an innocent baby.

Asthma may have many triggers but its BASIS is a depressed immune system.

What depresses an immune system? antibiotics and vaccines adversely affect the immune system.

Asthma and eczema are interchangeable -- when you use Pharmaceutical Drugs to suppress one condition the other comes to the surface!!.

Steroids are effective neutralisers of Homeopathic remedies!!.

In this particular case I would stop antibiotics and steroids and give Sulfur 10M .. single dose , and wait 2 weeks to judge result.

Have to admit that the past use of steroids may render this only partially effective, if so repeat.

Thanks for the quick reply. He has had steroid inhalers at a very low doses and I have stopped it one month back. I am worried of stopping all the medication as I am scared he might suffer from an attack of asthama. He has been hospitalised for the same before, as was not responding to the inhalers and nebulisers and he needed oxygen and intravenous steroids. So will it be safe to do so? How is sulfur available as globules or liquid and how many or much to give? Also will this drug sulfur help his atopic dermititis?

My friend who is also in this homeopathy forum has been using natrum sulph 6c for asthama. She is the one who recommended me this website. Will a similar treatment be all right for my son as he also has atopic eczema? Also arnica 6c has been adviced for his skin condition . What would be the correct line of treatment?

I have suggested the use of Detente skin lotion to a few people, for excema, atopic dermatitis, and other similar skin conditions. My mother has excema and uses it and has seen good results with it. If you want to know more, feel free to ask me.
