Acne Advise Requested

have read the various ance related posts with interest and have even taken some inspiration from them, but unfortunately they do not seem to have helped my acne.

I am 34 years old, so very much past the teenage hormonal stage, and over the last year having never really suffered from acne (the odd spot during menstruation on my forehead/chin)I am now prone to acne on my chin, but more predominately on my cheeks. I have visted a kinesiologist who recommended drinking aloe vera juice and gargling with tea tree oil - this did not improve matters.

I have taken acidobifidus on he recommendation of my kiesiologist to rid the bad bacteria in my stomach which he claimed was the cause of my bacteria.

I have even tried the wet dose of Arnica 30c in both tap water and spring water, and over the last two weeks I have not noticed any improvement!

I am currently taking acidobifidus daily on my breakfast, along with 2 MSM tablets, a multi vitamin, zinc tablet and starflower capsule plus the arnica morning and night.

I cleanse, tone and moisturiser my skin both morning and night yet when I wake up I have more spots! Please can some recommend something that will help as I dread getting up in the morning as I know I will have developed more spots. I used to be a confident person, but now I dread going out because I feel that everyone is looking at my skin and not me.

Any advise would be gratefully appreciated.
