torn knee cartilidge
My mother (79) has torn the cartilidge in her left knee and is in a lot of pain. Is there any rubs or wraps or any suggestion at all for her pain relief. She has tried the perscription drugs that her doctor has given her with little or no relief. Any suggestions?Thank you
