stammering

I am 35. I have stammering problem from my boyhood. I have a daughter of 2 years 10 month. She has also the same problem. How can I solve the problem. Please helph

what exactly mean by stammering?tjis consistent?or variable?

since boyhood--always stammered ?or something you aquired?

daughter stammer? what of mother's status?

When I Was 5/6 years then the stattering proplem began.My wife is ok. My daughter has the same problem. She can not clear all the word. some time she said same word two or three time and then cleare.
