Not getting cured...

I am 33 Yr old male. I am having multiple and severe problems.My problems are mostly of a mental nature. I also have many physical problems, but the ones that are making life extremely difficult for me are the mental ones.

I have been undertaking homeopathic treatment from a very experienced homeopath since November-1999.On an average I am consulting my doctor every 2-3 days and taking different remedies in high potencies.Some of you may feel that its too much to be taking so many remedies and so frequently. The fact is that all the remedies I take are based on the totality of symptoms that has been recorded very carefully by me since the administration of the last remedy.I am sure that the remedy prescribed by my doctor is also correct and is the simillimum for me at that point of time. I usually feel better after taking the remedy, but always relapse within a matter of days or even hours. And, this cycle has been going on for the last 7 or 8 years ! Sometimes I feel very frustrated regarding when my treatment will be over.

The remedies I have been taking include most of the leading remedies.I cannot list because they are too many. But, always the prescription is based on the totality. I tend to take the leading anti-tubercular, anti-psoric, anti-sycotic, anti-syphylitic remedies based on the symptom totalityy. I have taken nosodes, bowel-nosodes also based on the symptom totality.Myself and my doctor feel that my treatment is so complicated due to the presence of multiple miasms (tubercular, sycotic, psora, syphylitic etc). For eg. when an anti-psoric remedy is working, then suddenly there is a need for an anti-sycotic and when the anti-sycotic remedy is working, there is a need for an anti-syphyllitic and so on the cycle continues...without an end in sight. There are innumerable instances when both my doctor and myself have felt that the treatment may be coming to an end...but alas, very soon a different miasm will show up.

Sometimes, I feel like giving up this treatment, but I do not see any alternatives for me. If my problems were there on the physical domain I could have seeked some treatment in allopathy, but most of my problems are psychological/emotional/nervous.

Due to the severe anxieties, lack of confidence, self-deprecating tendencies, tendency to avoid interaction wiith other people, I am having severe problems in having a stable employment. I am very worried about how long I can 'manage' like this.Apart from mental problems I also have severe digestive problems, severe pains in bones, joints, tremblings/quiverings, headaches etc.

I would request the homeopathic experts to asses my case and let me know if there is any hope for my cure and if I am doing anything wrong so that I am not being cured.

I would again like to say that the remedies are always selected based on the totality and my doctor has an excellent knowledge of the materia medicas and almost always the right remedy is selected. I do see an improvement but it is for a very short duration only.
