What do I need to do?

Hello,

Can someone help figure out what I need to do to get well? Here are my symptoms that started 6 years ago. I am 23. I've tried a few different routes with not much success. Here are my symptoms:

- Lethargic
- Feel Exhausted
- Flashes and Floaters in vision
- 2 Lymph nodes under my right arm are clogged
- Pressure in my head
- Burning in my head
- Irregular bowels with unhealthy looking stools. Mostly struggle with constipation( I have done several colon cleanses and colon hydrotherapy)
- Sometimes it feels like my stomach or something in that area is swelling and feels tender
- Sometimes it feels like my gut is rotting.
- I have a hard time thinking.

Just thought I would throw this in there just in case it might help, but these symptoms can get worse with masturbation. Not something that I'm terribly addicted to but it may be important to know that I guess.

I am a male. Prior to this state I was 'healthy'. Several months before I was under a lot of stress from moving from all my friends that I had grown up with, working out of town and eating fast food regularly(sometimes breakfast lunch, and dinner). I did not understand much about health and nutrition at that time. I eventually got to the point where I didnt feel alive, then my vision problems started, then I started becoming exhausted. Within a period of 2 months I had some serious health issues. I could not drive because it was too much.

I went to the doctor, the first doctor said I probably just needed a shrink(as I'm doubled over and can hardly breath in his office). The second doc I went to checked for several things and eventually came up with that I had a severe sinus infection. So after going to a specialist I had surgery to clean out my sinus's(expensive). Did not help.

I started researching some things and going to people that went about things more naturally. I went to a naturopathic doctor and he tested me for allergies and such and put me on a diet. Well, I started getting worse so we went to a holistic medicine gal that we knew. I was still getting worse but the things she put me on gave me some relief and kind of stabilized me.

A few years ago I started finding out about cleansing and such. After doing some basic cleanses I started seeing some results. I have since gone and off a few diets, cleanses, etc... and I have been living a normal life (im able to drive and dont feel like passing out all the time) for the past few years.

I started researching Colon health a while ago and decided that it sounded like much of my problem was a yeast infection in my intestines. I still think that this may be the culprit as I have all these intestinal problems. I'm thinking that because my intestines are not healthy that my body is not able to get the nutrients it needs and also that toxins are releasing into my system from my intestines constantly.

However, as I research and type in certain symptoms I keep stumbling across this site. I'm curious as to what your approach would be for my problems?

Thanks for the help!

start with addressing colon health---only method i advocate (at this time) is regimne introduced by robert gray---the slow adaptive approaxh is adjustable and suited as need...and well the withdrawl of usage is comfortable...anyway--read robert grays info in 'colon health handbook'---if interest you--then all products that will need are available---ok?
