Acne on the head age 32

Hello,
Would appreciate any advice. I have been working with many different health practitioners: homeopathy, ayurveda, nutritionists, but haven't had real relief to my problems.

I have been suffering from acne since the age of 12 (menstruation). I was treated repeatedly with antibiotics and also had frequent strep infections that required antibiotics throughout childhood. I don't know exactly when my hair started thinning, but I think it was age 20 or so when it became noticeable. I also note that I get little whiteheads on my scalp that are filled with pus. I find acne so appalling that the allopathic remedy is what I have been doing lately. I take Minocycline every night, and also do a topical program called obagi. Otherwise my face would have cystic acne.

I don't get much in way of breakouts because of the above-mentioned regimen, but I still get the head zits. I also have really oily skin- my face is shiny very regularly. Of significance probably is that I am Asian Indian in origin. My hair seems like it is not thinning more but remains thin. I comb it in such a way to hide the thinnest areas but you can definitely see my scalp. I have also noted the hairs themselves are very thin.

Constitutionally I am thin, but I have stretch marks. I am pretty fatigued though the day. I tend to be on the pessimistic side, but am working on that. I usually try to have a regular meditation practice, but not always successful with work. I sweat under my arm pits alot. I feel like I have some kind of endocrinological disorder but nothing diagnosed, and everything seems so mild in comparison to people who have tumors and such.

Anyone have any ideas of what I could do?
