please help severe problem mainly hair loss
I've hair loss.i don't know when it started exactly.i think almost three years. i'm a 25 year old male. i took a homeo treatment.but then i shifted from that place and discontinued.at first the hair at the sides of my head(particularly right side) began falling.there was small small hairs after using arnicated oil and hairgro gel. but was not thick and long enough to see. now the front side of my scalp is easily visible under light.i've astigmatism in my right eye.two of my toe nails are very dark and thick like horns. i met with an accident 9 years ago.i was treated with antibiotics(injection) for 64 days. after that my two toe nails became yellow and soft.then it came off.now its very dark and hard and ugly to see.i had the attack of fungal infection in my thighs. i took fungal medicine orally for my dark nails under the prescription of an allopath. but it didn't cure. i think after that my hair started falling. my father is not bald. but many of his family members are bald.i had dark and thick hair during my childhood.my scalp was not visible.i'm really worried now. I'm a sensitive person.i was very short tempered, but now it reduced.forgot to tell. i collided with a sharp edge of the wall accidentally and my skull broke a bit(right side). i can feel it with my hand. i had headaches and sinusitis.but now its not regular. i like spicy foods.i eat non veg occasionally. i don't drink or smoke.i sweat profusely. please give me a remedy for all my ailments.is arnica a cure for all this. please reply as early as possible
