The dentist determined that the molar he filled a year ago in March is the cause of the infection. Apparently, the filling is large. He probably should have crowned it. A small blister formed in that area. Currently, I do not have any pain, but avoid eating hard things like nuts or raw vegestables.

are you sure you have no sensitivity or any other symptom? what you describe as a blister sounds like a gumboil. Do you have any fever?

no fever
I had pain but took some remedies that took care of the pain.
The dentist made no mention of the filling being broke. He pointed to the area in between the teeth as the entrance of foreign matter into the root.

Before the remedies, the area was very sensitive to temperature of air and water.
I have some sensitivity, but barely noticeable. I get more of a sensation to suck the area.

I'd suggest taking Silicea 30. 4 times/day for 3 days and then follow it with Hekla Lava 200 (3 times a day) for a week.
