Will homeopathy help a pregnant lady with fibroids

Hope you are doing good.

My pregnancy is not going well and again I write to you for advise. I have 2 fibroids in my uterus. They did not cause any harm when I was not pregnant but now they have grown to 8cm and 6 cm as the uterus has increased in size with the baby. They are on either ends of the uterus (left and right side extreme end) and so the doctor says it will not harm the baby in any sense.

But I am having periodically (3-4 weeks gap) extreme pain due to the fibroids. First it was pain due to the left fibroid ( 1 month back) and now it is due to the right one. During that time I cannot move the leg below the fibroid and thus am totally incapacitated. The doctor here says that nothing can be done right now until I deliver except having painkillers which I am not taking as the relief is shortlived (1hour) and I do not trust the allopathy painkillers.

We dont know yet whether the fibroid is attached to the uterus or is hanging out with a stalk. If latter is the case then they can remove it surgically when I deliver.

Is there a medicine in homeopathy which I can take now to either remove the fibroid or to dull the pain when it occurs. I am 6 months pregnant. As you know here we have to do everything ourselves and with the pain everything becomes very difficult to perform. Your advise would be highly appreciated.
