pcod, sinusitis....pls help
I would appreciate if anyone could help me to find a right similimum for the following case and help to cure my friend. Thanx1. Vimlesh

9. complaints: a.)PCOD:-US:Both ovaries show multiple small cysts.
-irregular,scanty menses since menarche[15 yrs]
-pain in lt. side frm lt. Ovarian region,lt. Iliac fossa,lt. Hip, upto the toe.
-weight :in yr 2001:46kg,in 2006:53 kg(heavy face)
b.)PAIN IN CERVICAL REGION
-extending to back,arms,till fingers (lt. side) accompanied by pain in chest(lt.)
-hump-like appearance at back of neck.[X-ray:normal]
c.)SINUSITIS: cold and cough since 2001,diagnosed as sinusitis in 2003(frontal and rt. maxillary)
currently, taking an ayurvedic med for this, to which I hav become addicted,symptoms appear when I dont take the med.
Symptoms: running nose, watery, bland in the beginning, then becomes thick, whitish yellow later. Sneezing [agg. warm]. Breathlessness at night with cough and rattling sounds. Cant sleep until takes another dose of that ayurvedic med. Headachetemporal, frontal. Headache with toothache[in upper jaw]and burning pain in eyes,better by pressure.
d.)WEAKNESS,low BP, anemic [hb:10], vertigo; on traveling in bus, in sun, better by rest. Blackens before eyes, with sweating, anxiety, restlessness, heat.
Nausea, on traveling, sometimes during menses.
e.)INFECTION IN AXILLA[fungal infection in lt. side] whitish, dry eruptions, agg. In winters.

29. anger at triffles. Impatient, sentimental-loves senti songs, writes poetry

31. agg. Physical, mental exertion, travelling, in sun, after getting up from sleep.
Amelio.:rest, lying down
LOOK of the patient: pale, round face, buldging cheeks, small nose, small sunken eyes with dark circles. Fat deposition around abdomen.

you may try by taking one dose of Psorinum 200c weekly one dose for a month. i.e. 4 dose only. and report me.

as per your advice,she took a dose of psorinum 200, first dose on 25th jul. On friday,she said her condition is worsening. i wanted to ask U whether this agg is related to the effect of psorinum,is it the homeopathic agg or something else...her symptoms:
on friday she had a running nose[watery discharge],very frequent sneezing,she could not sleep at night because of running nose.saturday morning also,she was sneezing continuously...and by sunday there was breathlessness, she felt her throat choked with mucus which on repeated attempts, could not expectorate.this was followed by nausea and vomiting,which was better by eating. also,she is experiencing bad smell frm her nose,throat.today though there has been no nausea or vomiting but she is having problem in breathing on lying down,she has to strain to breathe while talking,rattling in chest. today,she went to a doctor,who examined her and said it is bronchial asthama.
i would appriciate ur advice, whether she should continue with psor. or something else.
