swollen feet/ankles/legs

Have had severe swollen feet and ankles and now lower legs for about a month now..had blood work and results say that I am anemic and all blood counts are very low (which has nothing to do with the edema?) I will be having more test next week..what can I do in the mean time? what could be causing this? I am retaining so much water in my feet and lower legs that it is VERy painful and I can hardly walk at the end of the day.

Use white of eggs abundantly and in the mean times go for thorough examination and send the result.There may be something wrong with you.

What do I do with the egg whites? Do I eat them? How many? cooked Is this for the swollen feet?
