recurrent cough and cold

my son kartik age 2yrs and 10 month is having recurrent cough and cold white watery discharge dry cough.he is mentally and physically both very active. we showed him to an allopath who recommended cetrizine hydrochloride and one cough syrup Ambrolite. for long term prevention they recommended SEPTILLIN and ASTHA SYRUP. we have continued his medicine ,but still after 10 or 15 days he gets first cold and cough.
6month back he was regularly having problem of tonsil. i started giving BIO-COMBINATION for tonsil.he is also having CONSTIPATION for which i give him BIO-COMBINATION NO-4.kindly help me to overcome his problem.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
you are advise to take
1. Morgan Bach 10M weekly one dose i.e. every sunday.
2. Hepar sulph 30c 4-6 pills three times ina d ay for a week and report me.
