5 days of Diarrhea

Hello,
My 3 yr old son has had diarrhea for 5 days now. No other symptoms at all. We are keeping him hydrated with water and juices. He does have the odd solid stool but most have been loose. Colour looks like melted chocolate - dark brown, offensive smelling, some are quite watery and others have a bit of solid mixed in with diarrhea. The color has been the only constant.

Please advise with remedy would be best suited.

Sorry but I dont quite understand this. Im guessing it is to suggest a dose every 4 hours for 24hrs. If Im wrong please advise.

alternate these medicine after 2 hours medicine is ALOE SOCOTRINA (ALOE)200 and PODOPHYLLINUM 200 insallah cure ur son withen one day
