my mother knees pain and feel swelling

hi all doctors

i am so much worried about my mother

she is 68 years old and having joints pain.
knees weak and so much pain, no swelling on kness
however feet swelling started 3 or 4 days ago and swelling is more on right feet. upper side of feet and half sides upto ankle is swollen and pain when pressed with fingures and a temporary indent appeares when pressed with fingure.
(she told me right now that she is feeling pain after some intervals without any pressing since this morning, and the type of this pain is like a abcess pain)

she has knees pain since last 10 years and since last 3 or 4 years situation is much worse. cant walk or move normally.

frequent urination especially at night.

sometimes high blood pressure and then eyes & face look like swollen and puffy.

too much itching on skin, especially on legs (knees to ankle) and wants to scratch too much until some wound or bleeding. i mean that itching is too much so wants to stracth like wilds.

vision weak since last few months (cant see small things) and doctos said that it is motia and it needs surgery.

anger and high tempered mind. always irritated and shouting. weeps easily. cant bear hot weather and too much sweating (too much sweating on little exertion).

likes open air and when in rooms the try to open the doors and windows & dont like closed rooms.
she keep herself busy in works like cooking cleaning etc and cant sit free.

History: her uterous removed in 1991 because of a fibroid, she got her first baby after 13 years of marriage...............
