Neck pain& back pain
I am a lecturer Science. I would like to know the cause of my neck pain and its associated anxiety and insomnia symptoms. I used to take Homeopathic medicines earlier and withdraw the medication whenever the symptomes are subsides. I would like to know whether there is any solution in Homeopathy for permenant cure for my problem? Pl respond to my queries.kavetib1 on 2006-07-27

I have used Arnica which I discovered is the equivalent of a tonic often used by many to feel fit.
Arnica increases the flow of blood in the body and I believe that it helps the body to recover better during the deep sleep that it promotes.
You are advised to use Arnica 30c in the wet dose which is made by inserting 3 pellets of the remedy into a 500ml bottle of spring water which you will shake hard before you sip a teaspoonful twice daily.
You should experience relief in a week from your aches and pains and your insomnia will be history on the very first day you take this remedy.
You do not have to stop the Arnica as you have done with other remedies and you may like to know that I have taken Arnica for the last 11 years once every night and it has benefited me in many ways.
