For Dr Hasnaat : Dark circles

I have dark circles around eyes. I feel weak, I have been diagnosed with H. pylori 6 months ago. I am suffering from chronic anxiety. I masturbate too much. Stomach is hyperacidic.
I feel dehydrated all the time.
I also have rotator cuff injury on my shoulder since last 5 years.
Digestion is not very good.

Hasnaat last decade

I am 30 years old.
My digestion is not good. I have Irritable bowel which gets aggravated by tea, cofee, cola etc.
I feel a lot of gas in stomach when I am hungry.
I am married.
Stools are ok but when I drink tea, cola coffee, they are soft. I feel weak and sleepy after that.
semen is good, Erection great, no problems whasoever. i just masturbate atleast twice a day plus intercourse as I am married.
I feel weak and sleepy after ejaculation.
