nat phox 6X reaction/constitution

Hello,
These are 2 separate subject, but I didn't want to start 2 separate threads:

1. I just took nat phos 6 x for the first time and had a very unsusual reaction. I experienced elevated heartbeat and possibly BP, plus some fogginess.

Should I stop taking it? I am not too sure what 'proving' a remedy entails.

2. What books can I read to find out more about what my constitution is? Any Internet links?

Just to add ... the symptoms of nervousness/elevated heart rate, etc. disappeared within about 45 minutes.

However, I am not taking Nat Phos again until I hear from some of you, folks, with some possible suggestions.

Real observation would be if you ask someone to give you mediicne in water, yours being unaware of it.

When you want to observe, you observe wrong.
