Gangrene.

Patient suffering from gangrene consulted last year. The case was repertorized, Lachesis covered all the symptoms. To start with, Lachesis was given in 30c, when progress stopped, it was given in 200c, infrequent doses and finally the case ended with Lachesis 1m, few doses only. In this case, only physical symptoms were considered with special importance to the causation “Trauma”.

In the absence of any personal symptoms, successful prescription can still be made on physical symptoms alone. But attempt should be made to complete the symptoms for the complaint presented by the patient.
