Problems after marriage...

I am 25 years old and its been 1.5 years of being married. almost 5 months of being mother. I have observed following that may be affecting me.

1. after marriage, i'm living in a joint family system and facing mental stress as i can't do things as i want. mostely i am discurraged by my mom-in-law for all i do (right or wrong). i have developed a fear of being caught and being left alone and this fear is always there.

2. due to joint family system, i can't continue a controlled-diet for a long time and have to eat a routine asian spicy food.

3. my hubby whom i love very much is not living with us as he's doing job in someother city. he visits us every 2nd weekend and normally he stays for 2 days. i feel very relaxed whenever he's at home.

3. i have a 5 months old son and i am a lactating mother. birth of my son was a normal delivery.

4. i am emotionally sensitive, good things make me happy instantly and bad things make me upset instantly. i laugh a lot any time any where. but i try not to cry infront of many. i dont like hot weather.

Problems that I am facing:

1. my skin has lost its glow, i have dark circles arround my eyes and have a dark spot on my nose.

2. i often get sour mouth and it gets difficult to eat things. inner lips and tounge get effected most.

3. 5 months back, after my son's birth, i got pilesand constipation problem. although i have a little relief from constipation but piles is still hurting me. i don't go to washroom as it pains a lot.

4. my son is on breast feed and now he also takes meshed banana and step-1 cerelac. problem is that for last couple of weeks he resisting badly to take breast feed. he starts crying so badly when i try to feed him my milk. i consulted a child specialist and he said there's nothing wrong with the child except that my son has got kind of fobia not to take mother feed. he also said that it sometimes developes in infants. i feel pain when my son doesn't get my milk and my breast area get tightened b'cause of excess milk.

Please suggest me some thing that can cure my piles problem, mental state and skin (specially dark areas arround my eyes and my nose).
