regarding arnica - to joe de livera
I am a 35yr old diabetic on medication for the past 6yrs and also suffer for hypo thyroidism. i have recently got arnica 30c and now want to know how to get spring water. is this same as ground water? if not available can i use bottled water (evian maybe). or can i use boiled mineral water. pls advise.anisri on 2006-08-07

Arnica 30 has been proved to be a good replacement for the usual drugs like Metformin that are used to control diabetes. If you also use Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoonful twice daily you will discover that your BS levels will drop significantly when you will have to reduce or even eliminate the drugs and use the two remedies instead.
You can use boiled water in a clean bottle which should be first rinsed with near boiling water which should include the cap. Evian has other trace chemicals and is best avoided.
Please report your BS levels before and after this therapy.
