stomach diosrder

i'm new to this board but have posted this question elsewhere but had no answers. the problem i have is an intolerance to a lot foods - bread, wheat, lactose etc - and find that the internet is full of advice on what foods to avoid but nothing on what happens if such food is ingested.

on a couple of occassions since i realised what my problem was i have accidentally ingested food i can't tolerate and this resulted in abdominal pain, bad bloating and constipation.

does anyone have any tips on how to flush whatever is doing this out of my system fast? how long does it take? what have other people done?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Suggest that you use 3 tablets of Nat Phos 6x after every meal and report if it eases your condition.

Do not eat large meals but you can eat often up to 4 small meals per day. This is to enable the stomach to digest the food without causing any discomfort.

You may like to know that Nat Phos 6x will do precisely what you have mentioned which is to accelerate the passage of food through your digestive system.
