Potency

Hi everyone,
I have a question as to the potency of a supplement

I am taking a berry blend supplement that says to take 1 ounce every morning and 1 ounce every evening. I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to mix the one ounce in the mourning with 30oz of distilled water and a little fruit juice and sip it a little all day long?

I'm new to this homeopathic teaching and I have been reading thru some of the posts. Am I reading this correctly, the more diluted you make a mix, the more potent it is? Can someone explain this?
