lymph cell count is more than normal

Hi,

My one and half year old girl is having cold for last 4-5 days. There is congestion in her chest and she coughs a lot.

Doctor did a blood test and the lymph cell count came to 76 which is more than the normal.

She is also having fever which is more prominent during evening times.

Please advise.
