23 w/PCOS, please advise

Please, can anybody help with this issue? I have a 23 year old daughter with PCOS. It has caused great stress on her and a large amount of weight gain. She was on medications for awhile but they did nothing to help her. After managing to lose a little weight, she started getting her periods off and on but nothing close to regularly. She gets extreme cramping and bloating during this time as well as mental issues like depression, anxiety and anger. I am asking for anybody that has treated or has been treated successfully for this and if so, can you help with suggestions? I will reply any questions you ask. thank you

Please, can you be more specific as to what you mean? Maybe give a list of questions and I will be sure to know just how to answer in that way. Thank you so much for your time. Blessings!
