This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It was I that first discovered that Nat Phos does reduce weight in 2002 which I announced on:

I note that you are addicted to coffee but I regret to inform you that I have evidence that this remedy does not work if the person insists on drinking coffee. I do not understand the reason however.

You can certainly drink tea which does not antidote the NP but no coffee please.

Report your weight loss on this forum for the benefit of others who may like to know.

Actually, I am not addicted to coffee at all, it is tea that I drink in the morning and usually it is flavored tea like mint. However, tea has caffeine in as well and I note that it's the caffeine and not the bevcrage that causes harm with this remedy, am I not correct? I was asking if a cup of hot tea were taken in the morning at breakfast only would it harm anything with the remedy since it is taken after lunch and dinner which are hours after the tea. As for coffee, I can drink it or not but have never been addicted to the taste........caffeine is another story because you get it in so many other things like chocolate, tea, cola drinks and soft drinks etc. So I cannot honestly say I am not addicted to caffeine but have never eliminated 'all' caffeine to find out. Thank you for taking time to reply. : )

Avoid mint tea. Mint of any sort, including eucalyptus and mint toothpaste are antidotes to remdies as well.
