No Bowel Movement!!
I haven't had a trip to the bathroom in a week! About once every 2 days, i do but i only expell gas.I eat pretty healthy. Milk, cereal, bread, fruits almost every day.
Is this normal?
What should i do?

Take Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets after a meal and your constipation will be history the day after.
Maximum dosage is 4 tablets after a meal which may be used when you start on the therapy but reduce it down to just 2 when you are stabilized.
You may like to know that this remedy will also reduce your weight at up to 1kg per week.
Exercise till you sweat and drink plenty of fluids (not canned bevarages) up to 5 liters daily. Avoid coffee.

Anything made of grains especially flour (bread, cereal) can be the worse in terms of constipating and it doesn't matter if it's whole wheat.
