Heat Sensitivity

I had a sun stroke, or near sun stroke several years ago and can no longer tolerate being out in the sun. My temperature tolerance varies according to the humidity and/or perhaps altitude. It's over 100 now w/50% humidity and my head and eyes feels similar to a migraine after having walked from car to shop and back a couple of times. Used to have good remedy and can't remember what it was.

Name: Donna Brumley, 60yrs, F, married, 170#, 6'6', USA, TX..over 100F for 40days, 50% humidity lately. When exposed to direct sun (car to store several times as example) or just being in direct sun for hour +/-, head begins to feel constricted as band around top portion, ache directly on top, feel 'spacey' as though 'out of body' and weak. Feel a bit like a 'zombie' going through the motions to get through what I have to. If out too long I get dizzy, lightheaded and feel I could pass out. Just want to get where cool and sit down. Sitting or lying in cool area relieves. Depending on how long I've been exposed ,it may take an ice pack or cold shower to bring me back to normal.
This problem first occured 8 yrs ago when picking cherries top of cherry tree in over 100F w/o a hat on. Had to jump in river to get controll of body temp. Water hose did not help. Climate there was dry.
I'm not diabetic; normally desire sweets but not then. Thirsty yes. Tongue normal. Blood pressure 98/76, no meds.
Nothing to show in picutres. Dallas, TX is low elevation, but we lived in high desert or 3500' elevation and temperatures of high 80's would bother me if I were exerting as biking or hiking.
It isn't food related or emotionally triggered. Just high heat.
We are retired but very active. I like to be physically active but am restricted with this problem.
