dog throwing up and eating grass

Hi, 14 year old male chow/cocker spanial mix has not eaten for the past few days. He will not even eat tuna his favorite. He eats grass and then throws up. He also is having lots of gas and indigestion. Thanks in advance for your help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Is your dog drinking water? If not, try to get him to drink pedialite or sherbert or milk and give him acidophilus for now until someone has anything else to add. He might benefit from yogurt but I tend to believe that acidophilus in capsule form is best.

Also join this pet yahoo group. Someone there may have some advice to give you.
