Mastubration, stomach upset, hair loss, muscles strain
hello,I am 28 year single. Weight 59kg and height 5'9'. i developed the habit of mastubration(twice a day) since i was 15 year. Since the same time also developed wet dreams and erection while sleeping. this made me very much sensitive towards erection, very small things could have made me erect and very hard. This thing developed into anxiety and high breating. After 3 year i hurted my self in vigour mastubration. I pulled my annal muscles so heavy that it get ruptured. and i pulled all my muscles upward to ejacuate early.
Than slowly i developed stomach upset and acidity problem. Than Whenever i had a mastubration or night fall the next day i will have loose motion(twice or thrice next day). then i started loosing my hair from front and now over all less in number and thinner. i also developed premature ejacuation
Now since i understood myself and my childhood mistakes, since last 5 years i started controlling the same, by regular pranayam, streching, and excersice every day regularly. I started taking multivitamis fish oil, selenium, mageniusm, and zinc. i controlled on my anxiety breathing, and little bit on ercetion (mostly day time)
But than also i had stomach upset after i had a sex and also constipation, which leads to headache. some times i feel my intenstine muscles are streched and than i cant breath properly. so i do meditation and relaxation which helps me.
But still i have problems while sleeping, where my breathing rises which leads to erection and i get up.
Can you help me for my childhood mistakes.
