posterior baby

I am a doula and I have a mom who is a few days over her due date. She has had a previous c-section. Her baby is in a posterior position, and we are trying to encourage it to turn. I have heard pulsatilla may help this. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

The mom is experiencing fear of death. She had a difficult first birth and a miscarraige. Thank you for your help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Best trhing for this is to use SINGLE doses og Caulophyllum 10M

Thank you very much. I'll let her know. I've read this is a good remedy for childbirth, but I didn't know it was effective before labor began.

The specific Rx for a posterior baby is Kali Carb, try one dose of a 30 or a 200.
Also avoid sitting leaning back like on a sofa etc., it is important to put your weight forward, even go down on hands and knees, that helps to turn the baby.
we are designed to do a lot more movements of that sort (scrubbing floors, picking flowers to smell :) )
When we didn't spend so much time slouching (TV), there were less posterior presentations.
I'd be very careful with the Caulophyllum, it could backfire, if you absolutely want to try itplease don't repeat it.
All the best,
eva
