This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have not so far discovered any remedy that can help to return grey hair back to its original colour.

My own hair is grey at age 77 but after I commenced the Arnica Q massage, some have remarked that it is slowly returning back to black which it was originally.

You can use the Arnica 30c wet dose therapy internally and the Arnica Q emulsified in Coconut or Olive oil massaged into the hair which can perhaps help.

You are on the right remedy for both your hair and more for your prostate. If you have any problem with the flow, you can step the dose of Arnica 30c up to twice daily.

You can take Arnica for life and you might like to know that I have used it nightly for the last 11 years.

hello again joe what about internal cleansing,of he body.

I am aware that various procedures, some of them invasive, are used to 'cleanse' the body. I am not qualified to advise you on the pros and cons of these procedures but I am convinced that the body can look after itself without them all as long as one has a regular routine in life and does not use any medication other than Homeopathic when necessary.
