Body Highly Toxic

The last fews years I have developed a number of problems. For example, hair loss, dandruff, dry skin and some mild acne. Everyone I have seen about these problems have suggested that it is because my body is highly toxic and because of this the above problems are showing on the outside because the inside is toxic.

I don't want to continue taking anti-biotics because there are too many side effects. Is there an effective homeopathic remedy that can rid the body of all toxins? Thank-you in advance.
