Pilonidal Cyst

Hello all,

I've been lurking on this site for quite a while now and have read a lot of information about this problem in which I have here.

I've had deep cyst close to where my crack begins for about 10 years now. It used to get flaired up maybe once every 18 months or so and it would drain and then just stop hurting. Well the past month or so has been hell for me.

It started with pain around the tailbone area, then raidiated into my lower back. Its so tender sometimes I can feel it across my waist. It will not drain! Surgery is not an option for me at this point due to financial problems.

The pain in my lower back has led me to believe it is tunneling or infected or both. I've read the numerous posts on this forum about them. Seems the main treatment is..

A dose of myristica 200 which should cause my cyst to rupture. I'm confused on the dosage and the nature of this supplement. Is it dangerous and how much is exactly one dose of myristica 200??

Then it says silicea 6 or 30, 3 times a day for a week should be followed after bursting of the wound. Whats the difference between 6 and 30 in this situation. And also, I have fillings in my teeth. I believe I read here from Pankaj that this should be avoided if you have fillings.

Then it says silicea 200 two times.. how many days? And what is the difference taking silicea 200 at this step, then the 6 or 30 above. Plus this would not be good for me due to the fillings correct?

Please help :( Lost, in pain,and scared...
