Peyronie's Disease

Can anyone please recomend any homeopathic treatment for Peyronie's Disease. The pathology/morphology is such that there was a downward bend of the penile shaft. This then straightened spontaneously after several months. However, it was found that the plaque and disease had not disappeared/resolved itself when later an upward bend was manifest. The plaque had simply moved.
