susceptibility

What is the significance of susceptibility in homeopathy can someone please explain this to me. Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Susceptibility is the hereditary predisposition to easily aquire a particular illness.

In fact what happens is that when ones vitality is weakened for whatever reasons, certain signs/symptom show themselves.

Often this is due to a family history of such things as TB,Cancer , Syphilis etc,, any one of which may be latched on to the individual genetic sructure.

Often illness is not recognised as coming from a deep rooted problem and superficial treatment is applied.
