Eczema in scalp

I am 35 years old male suffering from eczema on my chest and in scalp.

I was applying Conaderm Shampoo and Betafoam cream in scalp and Momate cream on chest as it was prescribed by a dermatologist.

But when i leave the medicines the spots again appear on chest and it iteches a lot in scalp and it is worst when i eat eggs, chicken or fish.

So I stopped eating all these three.

Please find a permanent solution for me so that i can start eating FIsh chicken and eggs again.

Thanks
