To Joe---- Arnica solved constipation problem or is it a hype?
Respected Joe, I have been reading your postings and used arnica 30c in wet dose recently. I have a strong constipation problem. Docs in south India gave Bryonia 1m, 10m etc.. A few days back my BP was taken by a doc and it was 140/90. I am 20 yrs younger than you, Comp & Elec engineer. I thought 120/80 is my native and 140/90 is Hypertension. I used arnica 30c in wet dose.To my utter surprise, I observed my constipation problem reduced. Of course, I am taking Nat Phos also. Still, I could not believe it. It continues. No changed diet etc..
Do you think it is because of Arnica ?? Or just a coincidence??
Also, you were wondering whether I had hernia problem for three Years. Yes. Nearly three years, my hernia descends every day and comes back by night or whenever I lie down. Not much of trouble Occasional stomach pains when I eat toomuch chilly etc..

I do not recollect advising you and I am naturally glad to learn that you are being helped by the combined Arnica 30c and Nat Phos 6x therapy.
For the record it is not the Arnica that helps with your constipation. It is the Nat Phos .
You have not indicated for how long you have taken the remedies and if the Arnica has helped you to lower your BP.
I dont remember your reference to your hernia. Would you like to give details ?

I am not sure that it is Nat phos. I have been taking Nat phos for quite some months. Of course, it solved to some extent my constipation problem. But staring Arnica made it easy solving constipation problem.
I do not have BP. I misunderstood that 140/90 at 53 is BP. Doc told me that it is not. I used to be having 120/80 before. Before getting this info, I started Arnica wet dose. To my utter surprise, I found that natural, regular bowel movement was established. It is like the effect of opium (homeo). I could not believe it. Thats why I asked you. I have been taking arnica for two or three days. That it gives good sleep, solves eczema problems is also true.
Regarding hernia, I wrote to you about a month back. You replied that there is no remedy for hernia in Homeo. In a different context, you wrote that you could not believe that my hernia descends into scrotum every day. It is true. It has become a regular feature. No possiblity of strangulation because it can always be pushed back (inguinal hernia). Nat phos helps a lot making the stuff inside soft. I am not sure whether I shd get operation at all or not.
Please tell me one more info.. Does arnica produce headache?? I am prone to headache. I had migrane problem for 10 years and it got solved by YOGA. I am doing it for 25 years. The headache seems to have come back. I wait for your reply. Please oblige.
