with the limited information you have given, the most suitable remedy seems to be PODOPHYLLUM 30C to be taken 4 hourly for around 10 days from the day when you start getting the pains.

I cry a lot, v emotional, and feel sleepy mostly lazy all the time. I sleep a lot but only in weekends as I have a bizi week. I love sex and enjoy it. But I get torn skin after a while. So I have to abstain after a while as too painful. My boobs have deflated and are now saggy like i have breast fed 100 babies while I had nice ample breasts before. Hi Rishimba

I like the way you take cases. Your remedy choice too seem to be appropriate with reference to the info provided.

however is it not better to see the response with kali Bromatum 3X/6X as suggested by you, and wait with Palladium 200?

Normally chronic problems, that tend to give rise to change in pathology need a low potency with frequent repetetion, till a response is achieved.

Upto that point it is construed as a single dose, and then the wait and watch starts.

In case you want to start with Palladium 200c, is it not better to atleast wait for a week,to see it's response?

I hope you won't mind to discuss.

Murthy

bandarbabu2000 last decade
yes, you can start with one and see the response.

as long as the two are not antidoting each other or not inimical to each other, there is no harm in attacking both the planes, the mental sphere with a high potency and the physical sphere with a very low potency drug.

this may not be as per classical methods but i have experienced success in treating many such patients.

rishimba last decade
Thank you Rishimba

It is not strictly clasical homeopathy, but, I understand the logic.

I too know many succesful doctors, who prescribe a homeopathic potency, and parallelly prescribe tissue salts of 6X potency.

Let us hope the patient responds well.

Thank you once again, for discussing.

Murthy

An input:

Why not take inimical remedies at a time if its indicated?

Classical example is alternation of Ignatia and Nux vomica for the victims of Hurricane Katrina in U.S.. Both remedies are antagonistic according to Boger. But the above said remedies were announced as genus epidemicus during and post hurricane. People did not get any problem and they got immense benefit from this inimical combination.

Also E.B.Nash says, if indicated I wont shy away from giving remedies that should not follow after a particular remedy(antagonistic).

maheeru last decade
I think many people read amiss into what Nash said.

This is exactly what he said.

'I do not believe in the so-called incompatibles as some do. I should give Causticum after Phosphorus, Silicea after Mercury, or Rhus tox. after Apis mel. if I found them indicated.'

What is to be understood here is that ,if you find no relief with Apis, you can try rhustox, if indicated.

It means Apis has not acted, and hence it amounts to taking nothing.

It will rarely be the case, that Apis has acted, and later you need Rhustox, as the modalities are completely different. Apis is better with cold, and Rhustox is better with heat.

As an example,It is very rare that an eruption, which is better with cold, turns into one better with heat.

So, the latest thinking goes like this.

If the first medicine didn't act at all don't bother about relationships. Give what is next best indicated.

However, if the first medicine acts, even partially, do consider remedy relationships.

Murthy

bandarbabu2000 last decade
The same reasoning I had in my mind regarding Nash's. Thanks for confirming Murthy.

But I'll welcome your comments on the first e.g.

maheeru last decade
Coming to the remedy relationship between Ignatia and Nux. this is what the famous book,

Encyclopedia of Remedy Relationships in homeopathy,

says

Ignatia:

Inimical : COFF; Nux-v(some times),TAB, Tobacco.

Nux.Vomica:

Inimical : Acet-ac;Aesc;Aster;Camph;caust;coff;Ign (some times)...etc.

See the qualification some times. he rarely uses that word, and it means they are some times compatible.

All depends on the set of symptoms we are treating.

thanks,

rishimba, maheeru and murthy!

Good going. I always appreciative of such wonderful discussions.

And I saw in one thread that both pulsatilla and sepia were suggested at the same time. Is it not both inimical with each other?

Hi ebonygirl

These diversions happen frequently,as one question leads to another.

Rishimba already prescribed for you. Try it out.

Murthy

bandarbabu2000 last decade
Hi Murugan

you are 100% right. Puls and Sep should never be given one after the other,as they are inimical.

Apologies for abruptness. I just felt that the replies were to and fro but not really to me in particular. I did not know if it was aimed at me or not. I have no idea what half of the things mentioned in the prescriptions are and what they do. I have both PCOS ovaries..What now? If you feel the need not to reply, it's OK. Thanks for your help. After taking these items, how do I know if they are relieved? Will my Candidiasis ease?
Does PCOS have relations to Candidiasis?
