Stomach trouble - abates by eating for short time. Pl help!!

This is regarding my brother 65 years age. He has problem in stomach. It gets relieved by eating, perhaps for an hour or two. Again he has to eat. He is a diabetic patient and cannot afford to eath that much. The problem is worse at night. Occassionally he gets fever also. Mossion is also a problem. He is a bedridden patient. Once is two days, I have wear a glove and remove the feaces from his rectum and colon. He gets the feeling to pass mossion, but spasm in the rectum is very high. The stuff comes upto the rectum and goes back, because of the spasm. The hunger problem ( in other words, stomach disturbance) is more at night.

From the Remedy Finder, I got Argent Nit as the remedy. I gave Argnt Nit 200c in wet dose twice daily. It helped and he could eat considerably less number of times, though the problem was not fully solved. After stopping Argnt Nit, the problem seems to surface back. I presume it had only a palliative effect. Argnt Nit was taken for 10 days, as mentioned above.

Can anybody suggest a cure ??
